In the 1970’ s, Brisbane wasn’ t much of a City. Still yet to blossom into the international view, it’ s laid back, easy going life-style, set the mould to what I am today.

After leaving school at one of Brisbane more prestigious(yet highly academic)College‘ s, I attended a graphic arts college for two years, majoring in Photography, but gaining so many other relevant art skills along the way.

In the early Nineties, I stuck my thumb out into the traffic and hitch-hiked across Australia. Shortly after I discovered my love of adventure activities. I started rock-climbing at Brisbane’ s Kangaroo Point Cliffs. This led into a full blown pilgrimage of all of Australia’ s main climbing sites.

In the mid-nineties I joined the staff of Outward Bound Australia, an International Personal Development Company which uses the outdoors and the experiences gained there, as a classroom. In one year I guided over 300 people in 17 different camping treks through area’ s in Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and North Queensland Rainforest, without incident (a fact I am very proud of).

I returned to Brisbane in the late nineties and completed a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership, Certificate IV in Climbing and Abseiling and Vertical Rescue Operations. Also establishing a rock climbing tour guide business.

Then on the eve of the millennium, I did my first solo Skydive. I have done over 1000 skydives since then(again without incident). Within the sport of Skydiving I have gotten my Instructor rating, I have competed and won a Gold medal in National competition, and filmed and Photographed over 350 tandem parachute jumps.

I now live and work on Australia’ s beautiful Sunshine Coast. DONATIU.COM is the latest and possibly the greatest adventure that I will undertake. This is where I have allowed the Global Public to enter into my world and see what's inside.
